Shipping Method and Cost

Deliveries to addresses within Greece are handled by BoxNow, with a cost of €3 for orders up to €40. For orders over €40, shipping is free.

Currently, we ship within Greece and the European Union:

Shipments within Greece are handled by BoxNow at a cost of €3. In areas where Box Now lockers are not available, delivery can be made via ELTA postal service (registered) at the same cost
Shipments to Cyprus are handled by BoxNow at a cost of €7.
Shipments within the European Union are made via ELTA (Greek post office, tracked), with the cost depending on the final weight, starting at €9.50.

Delivery Time

Orders are accepted 24/7. Order preparation begins the next business day.

Estimated delivery time within Greece is 3-4 business days. For islands or remote areas, an additional 2 days may be required.
Estimated delivery time within European Union is 4-7 business days.

Return Policy

Please check your products upon delivery. If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can address the issue.

For damaged packaging or broken products, send photos of the damaged product and its external packaging to info@irenestories.gr.

Due to the nature of our products, returns on soap or cosmetic items are not accepted.

For the return of other products, notify us at info@irenestories.gr within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the items in their original packaging along with the receipt at your own expense within the following 14 days.

To qualify for a full refund, products must be unused and in their original packaging, and returns must include a delivery reference/tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your online order within 24 hours, provided that the product(s) have not yet been shipped.

Cancellations must be made via email at info@irenestories.gr, including your order number and the email address used during the purchase.
